How it works

Your exact price is set in the Proposal Meeting — not before.

The ranges above are starting points. Your final price depends on transaction volume, number of entities, complexity, and services needed. We'll walk through everything in your Proposal Meeting — no surprises before you sign.

Step 1

Book a Financial Clarity Call

Free 30-minute call. We learn about your business, your current setup, and what's not working. No pitch. No pressure.

Step 2

Discovery Meeting

45-minute deep dive. We look at your books, your tax situation, and your goals — then build your specific engagement scope and price.

Step 3

Proposal Meeting

A 45-minute Zoom where we walk through your proposal in detail — exact scope, fixed monthly fee, and what working with Nuve looks like day to day. You'll leave knowing exactly what you're getting and ready to decide with confidence.

What you'll never see on your invoice

Hourly billing
Every engagement is a fixed monthly fee. Ask as many questions as you need — you're not running a meter.
Scope creep charges
We define the scope clearly upfront. If something changes significantly, we discuss it — we don't just add it to your bill.
Annual contract lock-in
Every engagement is month-to-month. 30 days' notice to cancel. No penalties. No friction. Ever.
Hidden setup fees
Onboarding, QBO setup, and chart of accounts cleanup are part of starting the engagement — not an extra charge.

Common questions about pricing

Why don't you publish exact prices?

Because your business is specific. A $1M restoration company with 20 subcontractors has different complexity than a $1M service business with 5 employees. Transaction volume, number of bank accounts, entities, and service needs all affect the scope. We give you an exact number after we understand your situation — not before.

What if my needs change after we start?

If your business grows or your needs change significantly, we'll discuss adjusting your engagement scope. Nothing changes on your invoice without a conversation first. You'll never open a bill and be surprised by a new charge.

Are there any one-time onboarding costs?

It depends on where your books are starting from. If your QuickBooks file is clean and current, onboarding is included. If there's cleanup needed — messy history, incorrect chart of accounts, or months behind — we'll quote a one-time catch-up fee as part of your Proposal Meeting. Either way, you'll know exactly what it costs before anything starts.

What does "starting at" mean exactly?

It means that's the floor for that package tier. Simple businesses at lower revenue with clean books and low transaction volume start near the floor. Businesses with more complexity, higher transaction volume, multiple entities, or broader advisory needs will be priced higher. Your exact number comes out of the Proposal Meeting.

Do you offer individual tax returns?

Yes — personal tax returns for business owners are available as an add-on. This is a natural fit since your business and personal tax situations are directly connected. We'll discuss it during your Proposal Meeting.

How do I pay?

Monthly invoices via Ignition, our engagement platform. Payment by ACH or credit card. Invoices go out on the 1st of each month for that month's service. No annual prepayment required.
